1. Insert the 3 suction cups into the large bottom hole on the back side of the bird feeder. 2. Slide the 3 suction cups up into the smaller top hole on the back side of the feeder. They should “snap” into place. 3. Choose a flat, smooth surface for feeder to adhere to. Clean surface of all dirt and debris. Moisten the suction cups before firmly pressing against the hanging surface.
