Skeeter was so excited to get this dog food. I love the fact that it’s for large breed healthy weight dogs and is holistic. Checking the ingredients, this version is top quality. My dogs literally leave their bowl empty. What I enjoyed the most is how bright their costs became just with 2 weeks of eating this food. Don’t get me wrong, the food is pricey. However, it is worth the price! Total must buy if you can afford.

Tummy issues are always expected during change of dog food, nothing against the dog food in any way. Gabriel(my dog) ate it up. He is still a happy healthy puppy(in his mind). He is not the youngest dog but he is getting up there in age and a healthy weight dog food is a must. High quality with unfortunately the price tag is high also. Gabriel being a big dog can EAT! I loved it because he loved it but the price kinda takes it out of range for me.

For this reason, we have been super hesitant to try a different brand other than the one he was sent home from the shelter with. We have noticed he’s getting a little ‘thick’ so we were willing to try this because it was healthy weight. Let me tell you, our dogs LOVED this and tolerated it from the first bowl. There were times that he even stuck his head in the bag to get to it because I apparently was taking too long to pour it for him. We were doing half portions of this and his normal food and have switched to this type completely. Easy on his stomach and he truly enjoys this food. Happy with this product!

Skeeter was so excited to get this dog food. I love the fact that it’s for large breed healthy weight dogs and is holistic. The first five ingredients are super good with starting with D bone chicken and chicken meal. I love that it’s high and crude protein, and there’s omega-3 and omega six in it as well as glucosamine.

You just have to make sure to do a gradual transition from their current food to avoid any tummy issues but you really should do that with all new foods.

She now waits by the pantry for dinner time! It did make my older dogs stomach upset even with a gradual mix of her old food so we stopped giving it to her. The female gobbled it down without hesitation. The other two are pickier eater’s and will take longer to get use to it. I would recommend this for any dog.
