My border collie needs several hours of frisbee play a day. This product lasts for months under very hard use. It’s flexible, it’s washable and it floats. I just wish it glowed in the dark.

My dog lives for a good game of Frisbee. However, she does not like hard plastic discs. As such, I buy her floppy, cloth ones.

This was very expensive but being cloth and rubber I thought might not distort like plastic but this thing flies like a lead balloon. My dog hates it and it was a waste of money.

Only toy she wants to play with. Thanks to great employee Nancy to make me aware of the super deal on them.

My dog loves the Chuckit Flyer. My problem is they only last 2 weeks at best when the dogs are playing with it. The last one only lasted a day. I will be trying to find a frisbee that is just as dog friendly, but a little more durable.

We have been purchasing the Chuckit flyer toys since our Aussie was a baby.(Her first chuckit flyer was for tiny dogs). We buy the Tractor Supply brand “frisbee” flyers nearly every time we buy food for our menagerie. No surprise that the Chuckit brand has consistently out-lasted other flyers, satisfying our girl’s obsession for Fetch games.

Our border aussies love frisbees but after 15-20 minutes of tossing this to them some threads had already started to break, and it was completely destroyed in a few days. Not durable enough for dogs who like to play tug with the frisbee between tosses. Our hyper-pet ones last much much longer than this. And they don’t cost as much. petsupplycanada’s prices on toys are pretty ridiculous and I don’t think I’ll get more toys there unless I have some sort of coupon.

Very nice, but definitely NOT for chewers. My lab is a high energy aggressive chewer and she destroyed it within the first day.

My dog love Frisbee time more than anything and his chuckit paraflight is his favorite. There’s only one problem they don’t wear well at all. The outside rim frays quickly and now the foam ring has popped out. This is the second one he’s gone through. He doesn’t chew at them they just don’t last. Too bad because we both really like it. But we will be looking and trying something else.

It’s pretty good, flies well and it’s soft enough for a puppy. It might be a little too soft though, because my puppy was able to grab it from the middle which started to make it looser. Maybe they intended for it to be that loose but I personally am not a fan of that factor.

I bought this for the feature of it being able to float. Took my kelpie to the river and played with the frisbee. She shakes her head when she has the frisbee in her mouth after catching it and the fabric was ripped to shreds and the foam ring came out in pieces. Over all I would buy again for the fact she can easily see and find it compared to other frisbees but I would not buy for long lasting toy. Glad I got it on sale for $5!

Our 7 mth old blue heeler border collie cross is an absolute destructive force with any and every toy we buy but this and the chuck it ball we also bought have given him a run for his money and after a few months are still in great condition and are favorite play toys for all of us! Great quality and definitely worth the extra money spent not having to replace these toys every few weeks!!!

I bought one of these for my Pomeranian when she was just a puppy. She fell in love with it immediately, and to this day (18 months later) it is still her very favorite outside toy. I’m ordering 2 of them this time because this one is almost completely worn out from her playing with it, and don’t want to have the next one get to this stage before replacing it again. It’s the best toy she owns, and she has a lot of them!

This is an excellent flyer . Best flyer so for ! It is not rugged . You must have a soft mouth dog for this to survive better that a week …

It is hard to get it from her to toss it so she can retrieve it again. She loves to chew on it and has several chewed spots from the few times she has had it!

This is my second one. My dogs love it, one loves to catch it in flight and the other likes to slide on it and try to rip it to shreds. It flys very well and takes a pretty good beating. We’ve tried others and this one is definitely their favorite.

These Frisbees are great. They are not meant to be left alone as a “chew” toy but hold up well as just a frisbee. Only issue I found was that they were $15.99 at petsupplycanada and $5.89 at Chewy.

My pup and I walk a disc golf course nearly every day so I thought buying one of these would make the walk even more interesting. Since I got this, my pup and I play disc golf with this toy. I have made PAR using it! It flies terrific and the dog is obsessed with chasing and catching this frisbee. We have a fantastic time together and I will purchase this again when this one wears out.

I’ve German Shepherds and they love to chase and catch. After two days the stitching beaks and the cloth pulls away. These fly good but do not last. Don’t waste your money. I’m having my friend return them to the store.

This is the very best frisbee for dogs. So much better than a hard plastic one. Easier for dogs to catch. My dog loves it! Hope they never stop making them.

My Labrador and Border Collie love this frisbee! Throws nicely, easy for dogs to catch without worries of injury that hard frisbees can cause.

This a great toy. My dog loves to retrieve and this product won’t hurt her mouth. They do wear out every few months especially if you tug-of-war. They last as long as regular frisbees, fly far, good in water, easy on the hands. Worth every cent.

Xmas gift for 7 month old puppy. Within 30 minutes of play the Chuckit was falling apart. Would not recommend. Think I can see why they don’t have a warranty on this product.

  31. Rated 1 out of 5

    BillieJack (verified owner)

This is not a great flying toy to begin with. It is heavy, and doesn’t float much, at all, if any. Fun can still be had with it, but it is not at all durable. My little Jack R has never been allowed with it alone to maim, and our short throw-fetch sessions have caused it to fray and split to the point of total failure in a very short time. It does not have durability suitable for dogs in general. While it’s a soft flying disc, it’s too heavy and easy to shred. Looking elsewhere. Right idea, wrong execution.

    Trouble (verified owner)

Do not buy. It won’t last. My dog is 11 yrs old and has been catching fabric frisbees for 10.5 of those years. She does not chew and she does not tug. This is the worst toy I have ever used. It looks pretty but after 1 twenty minute play session, about 7 catches, the fabric on the rings starts to pull loose. I talked to other dog owners in our group and some love them, others had the same experience as me. We have had other fabric frisbees last an entire year. It could be a good design but you cut the edge of the fabric too close to the stitch and it just won’t last. The company is welcome to discuss this with me.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago. I like that it has soft edges and my dog can catch ot without worry of hurting her mouth. It has a nice feel, sails pretty well, only complaint is durability….already unraveling a little bit where she holds it and shakes it.

  34. Rated 5 out of 5

    Friend in Nature (verified owner)

The fur pups love it. And it is soft on their mouth and teeth if you throw it like a frisbee.

I am replacing one i bought 6 mts ago & my Shepard – Lab has finally worn out after many hours of use. This is a great product and my 60 pound puppy does not destroy it when grabbing in and bringing back to me. Highly recommend this for any active puppy or dog.

I bought 3 in the past month for the same dog. She absolutely loves it, but they don’t hold up real well. She has destroyed 2 and we are hesitant to give her the 3rd one right away.

Lasted 2 hours. I literally just bought it and after about 10 throws with my small 60lb German Shepard it now has to tears and no longer throws like it’s suppose to. I’m gonna buy the kong frisbee.

My corgi is absolutely frisbee obsessed. He received this as a gift from a neighbor and after one play I immediately ordered more. The body of it holds up well though the stitching can easily pop. This doesn’t affect play. It flies really well. A traditional hard frisbee, when he’s super active, causes him to bite his tongue when he catches. This is so lighweight he’s even able to catch it from the middle and fold it in half.

  40. Rated 5 out of 5

    cblueeyes (verified owner)

My two year old Lab loves it. It doesn’t hurt his mouth and flies well as jumping and catching is his favorite thing. The plastic and nylon discs he would chew on and destroy quickly. We play a little catch everytime he goes out, so the discs get plenty of use. It is not indestructable, but we’ve had this one at least 5 months and though it is definately showing wear, it still flies. Considering how fast his other toys wind up in the garbage, this is pretty good! I’ve already purchased a new one for when this one done

I love this toy because you can throw it in the house and not worry about breaking things or damaging walls. Our dog loves it too. The only down side is it tatters and frays after some useage.

It’s harder to control where you throw it, but it’s much easier on her teeth, and she loves it. I don’t worry about her chipping or knocking out a tooth with this compared to a regular frisbee, especially in cold weather.

We have owned several Chuckit! frisbee toys over the years. Our dogs love them. With our Shelties we have found they last a very long time (a year or more) even with daily use. We plan to keep buying them

This toy flies great. The thickness of the toy is hard for my 9 mos golden retriever puppy to pick up. But she will probably figure it out. It’s the perfect material. Seems well made and a great toy.

I find the Chuck I t frisbee to be the best of all frisbees. It seems indestructible and is soft on the rim so easy on my whippets mouths.

    Fix stitching (verified owner)

I absolutely live this toy for dogs, however the quality of stitching makes this product fall apart in days. I don’t mind buying new toys often but this should last at least a week but in days the stitching comes apart. Great idea and the perfect toy but poor quality sewing makes me really bummed as they never last . I am constantly trying to stitch it back together! Please help by making better stitching!!

    Fun-Fun-Fun!
We love this toy. Tough fabric for a boy who picks it up by biting the middle (rather than the edge); soft, flexible, padded edge, so safe to catch. Goes far and where you aim. Bendable enough to fold over in half for packing!

  61. Rated 4 out of 5

    I have bought several frisbee’s
The paraflight is the best all around frisbee except it does not last it FRAYS around the orange
Last one lasted a week and there not cheap all the reviews seem to say the same thing so you would think the company would make a design change and make a better product iv bought a lot of different chuck it products over the yrs and I’m disappointed in the paraflight

    HannibalTheBulldog (verified owner)

I have an bulldog who is full of energy. Although he likes to go on walks he loves playing fetch. He is obsessed with his chuckit paraflight! I love that he has a great time with it but he also gets a lot of excercise. I am very happy with this product, it has given me quality time with my best friend. What I love most about it is that at the end of the day, after a session of play with it, my dog absolutely beams of joy.

  68. Rated 4 out of 5

    Discofreaq (verified owner)

I have an Aussie & this is his absolute favourite toy. When new it flies far and straight, but after only about 2 weeks the inner ring stitching chronically unravels. My dog doesn’t use it for anything but fetch, so I know it is not unravelling from chewing. For the price you would think they could create a way to keep the thing together longer than 2 weeks. Technically I would give this item a 3.5 stars: 4 for fun factor, but -.5 for mediocre quality of manufacture.
