I love them to pieces and try my hardest to ensure they’re given only the best. Full Cheeks hay is always fresh and full. I rarely have to scrape tiny broken pieces from the bottom of the bag and I’ve never detected ANY moisture. Always smells fresh. The chinchillas seem happy with it. The bag is very fresh, but my only knock is the small number of tough pieces they would never eat. In the pictures you can see a couple things. The left side of the feed bag is this timothy hay, while the right in orchard hay. They went for both. I’m also holding up what a good handful looks like, and then a few of the tough pieces they’ll never eat (next to the bag). I’d say they definitely eat most of the hay though.

We bought a large bag of this because we have 3 guinea pigs and there were only small bags of Oxbow left. With prices being how they are these days, we couldn’t justify a small Oxbow bag so we bought this brand because the price made sense and it was even slightly cheaper than the large Oxbow bag. Big mistake. The hay is all chopped up so it’s messy and looks like the stuff you find at the bottom of a bag of hay. There are no nice pieces that I know my pigs like to munch on and it’s SO dusty. I feel bad giving it to my boys. I will never sacrifice quality for price again and will definitely drive to the next pet store to find Oxbow instead of settling for this. I don’t know if it was just a bad bag or if they’re all like this but I guess I’ll never know… because I won’t be trying it again. It’s almost like they swept the floor of a hay processing place and dumped all the reject hay into a bag to sell for $25.

The hay is not very dusty, which is a plus to keep me away from my allergy with dusty Timothy hay. Price is affordable for a package of 48oz . I love it.

I usually buy from my local country co-op or Oxbow when I don’t have the time to drive to the co-op. petsupplycanada was on my way home when I remembered I needed more hay for my rabbit, they were out of the large bags of Oxbow and this was a similar price range so I figured I’d give it a try.

Great size bag was able to give some to all six bunnies with some leftover. There is no chemical smell from the plastic. When you open the bag, it smells just like it should hay, and the bunnies go right over to it to use as bedding and a snack

I love that the bag reseals keeping it fresh because she can be picky once it starts getting old. I will say that towards the bottom, there’s a lot of small and crushed pieces

He used to go thru hay every 3 days, now it’s every 1-2 days and he’s eaten it all. While this product is a bit more expensive than his previous hay, I’ll be switching to this brand entirely because he loves it so much.
