Bought this on a whim, but really thought my dog might like it. He loves tennis balls, so I thought he might get some stimulation out of trying to get said ball out of a bigger ball. Well, I’m not sure if that’s what he likes about it, but boy does he like to chase after this thing! Loves to try to chew at the rubber, too, but it’s just big enough that he can’t quite get his mouth around it. This is a huge plus, because he’s a BIG chewer, and usually toys don’t last very long with him. We’ve had this over a week now, which may be a record!

My 9mo lab mix loves this toy, and it’s even held up pretty well to her avid chewing – just a few small tear marks on the handles. Unfortunately, where this toy falls VERY short for us is in its durability as an outdoor toy. We live in the southwest, and the plastic material softens and shrinks in the heat until the ball is more of a disc, and the handles are completely unusable. Recommend only for indoor use if you’re in a hot climate like us, or as an outdoor toy only if you’re in a more temperate climate.

I have 2 large Mastadors who destroy everything immediately, I saw these Kong Balls at petsupplycanada and bought one for each of my dogs. The two handles on them make it easy to grab them and throw them for playing, my dogs will also grab the handles and play tug of war with eachother.
They squeak when pressure is applied, there is a bright green tennis ball inside that adds to the noise and color effect. I also love that they come in vibrant colors, I bought my girls one in purple one in teal! My girls play with these everyday and have not found a way to destroy them in the 5 months we have had them! This is our one year old Golden Retriever’s favorite toy. Being a Kong brand toy, we expected it to be a bit more durable. We are on our third toy and within 3 weeks, he manages to punch in the squeaker and by the three month mark he has made it into a hole and starts to chew at it and make the hole larger. I bought 2 of these at full price for my dog for Christmas. By July they melted! I contacted Kong to report it as defective workmanship. My dog loved this toy but BOTH of them melted and Kong declined to do anything about it. I provided pictures. I didn’t want a refund but expected the toys not to melt since they are outside toys. Very disappointed in the production and in the company. I will not purchase again. There are better and stronger toys out there.

We have a fairly high energy, very strong, and constantly chewing St. puppy. Because she is so hard on toys, I try not to spend much on them. I saw this and one of my kids urged me to give it a try. I hesitated for a while, but eventually gave in. I’m so glad I did. The design is great, easy for her to get in her mouth. It has an extra handle for tugging games. The ball inside makes a great thumping noise that gets her attention every time and it also has a strong squeaker. My dog shredded the “handles” off of this ball within minutes. I always monitor his play with new/certain toys to be sure they are safe for him and this immediately became a choking hazard and had to be taken away from him and discarded. For reference he is a hound mix 65 lbs.

Purchased this for my dog heavy chewer, this is a excellent product. However there is a serious flaw where the squeezer is located, which then exposes the ball enclosed, this area the material is thin which allowed her to puncture thru, therefore rendering this toy useless.I would recommend this toy for smaller breeds, light chewers, who may not figure out the weak area, however my Malinois did!

She has large canines and in the past, she was able to destroy just about any toy we bought. I saw this Kong Jumbler Ball and decided to give it a try. She has had this ball for over two weeks, and it has become her favorite. She has not destroyed it but loves to play with it and wants us to throw it. It has a squeaker, but it is safely in a spot that she cannot remove it. Being a hard rubber, it is safe to throw in the house without damaging furniture. My GS fell in love with this ball at her best friend’s house. So I found it next time I went to town. AND it was on sale! On the 3rd day the awesome squeaker stopped squeaking. She still takes it on our walks everyday. One thing that would make it even better ~ my Shepherd has a longer nose than other breeds which make picking it up a little difficult. If the two handles stuck out farther from the ball, it would be perfect!

Our 6 month old puppy enjoyed this toy for two days before tearing bits from the handle. It is classified as moderate chewing but any large/x large breed puppy will tear this material from the handles. Don’t waste your money if you have a big puppy who enjoys a chew.

We bought this for our Leonberger/Pyrenees puppy who has destroyed everything. She really liked this for outside and liked the handles on it too. It has held up to a lot of biting and rough play. The only drawback is because of the material of it I find inside it attracts hair. Easy to wash off of course, just something i noticed. Kong made a nice durable toy though. She still likes our soccer ball better, but she destroys those so this is a safer choice for her.

He likes to make it sound which makes us laugh. I would recommend only for bigger sized puppies. It could be a little cheaper price wise.
