I have two young kittens (8-9mo) that are obviously hunters. I’m trying to engage their brains so they are no as destructive… hence the puzzle feeder. They figured out the puzzle in 2.5 seconds but it certainly had their brain working. Will graduate to the harder part and will eventually get higher level of a puzzle feeder

Started with the easy selections and are working our way up to the hardest. He just loves it!

We bought this to help keep the puppy entertained. He loves it and knows once he sees it he is getting treats.

I was disappointed with this toy. My older dog completed this before I could walk over to sit down. It was fun watching them play but it did not provide the challenge I was expecting for my younger dog.

The first time I filled this and set it on the floor for our puppy I thought I would work with him to show him how to use it. He had it emptied faster than it took me to fill it. Second time I used peanut butter along with kibble it slowed him down a little but still, faster than it took to fill.

My 11 week puppy found them all in like 30 seconds and is now bored with it. Waste of $$.

If you have a cat thats sick of treat balls and needs to be weaned off kibble or lose weight, this is for you. This has 3 levels of difficulties (the fin caps, the fin caps covering the holes with the stopper, and putting kibble inside the stopper holes for the pet to move into the hole and out again to get kibble) and keeps my cat entertained for at least 30 minutes, which for me is amazing.

This is worth more than the price. Our puppy engages with it and is so excited to find the treats. The product itself is sturdy, heavy, and quite indestructible. Plus it is easy to clean. Highly recommend for dogs of all ages

My 14 & 10 yr old dogs love this challenging game. I don’t fill it up, but they enjoy seeing it placed on the floor!!

I bought this toy for my dog earlier today based on the reviews, and I was very disappointed. I put some food in the trays and let my dog figure out how to use it while I made dinner. While I was working, I had to use the restroom, and in the 5 minutes I was in the restroom, my dog had completely destroyed this toy. As you can see in the reviews, one capsule was completely destroyed while another had two bite marks – clearly, this toy does not hold up well to dogs who like to chew. I figured it would get destroyed eventually, but the fact that it happened within 10 minutes left me very disappointed. I will not be buying one of these puzzle toys again.

He can figure it out really easy just like the ball I got him and it does not entertain him long enough.

My 3.5 month old puppy solved the whole thing in 60 seconds max. Cute idea, though.

I bought this for my 9 month old puppy. It’s a level 2 and he figured it out in minutes.
Pookysmr (verified owner) –
I bought this for my 5 month old Shiba puppy. He figured out how to solve it the first time. It’s a great way to get him to eat his food though.

I bought this about a month ago for my puppy and she loves it and plays with or without treats

The puzzle box certainly was attractive to our dog Casper. He was on it instantly—and not much later had found and consumed all the kibble bits I had hidden in it. Very clever, our dog. He figured out how to slide the blue knob and move the flat leaf in a trice. Only slight negative: I wish it had occupied him longer.

I bought this to use as an interactive feeder for my cats and it works great! Slows them down. It was quite easy for them to solve, probably could be solved by them hitting it enough.

He first saw it when he was about 11 weeks old. I just put the treats on top so he could get the idea. The second time, he was about a week older and was thrilled to see it! I put the treats under the covers and locked them. He figured it right out. I guess I need to buy a level 3 puzzle now.
MammaP (verified owner) –
Bought this recently after adopting a new pup. She solved this puzzle quickly but loves to continue to try to get her treats out of it. It is nice to be able to make it a little more difficult depending on where you place the treats. She is challenged by this.

Just purchased this for a new enrichment exercise for my 1.5 yr old Yorkie. She loved the “tornado” puzzle from the same brand but it was really easy for her to complete, so I figured I would buy the “level-up”. She had a very easy time solving this one. I was hoping for a little more difficulty considering it’s classified as “intermediate” – so perhaps try another one if you have a similar concern.

My puppy loves this,,but its way too easy.it should have suction cups,so it dosnt move.

Has worked wonderfully with separation anxiety our dog is now relaxed when home alone!

Food and treats get stuck between the layers of plastic in the slider channels. If you have a bigger dog/use bigger treats this probably won’t be a problem, but would not recommend for small dogs.
Jesspippin (verified owner) –
My puppy loves it, playtime nightly. He can’t wait while I fill it!

Her cousin-canid ate her own as she got frustrated, impatient. Our furkid, 8 month old Lab mix, did pretty well. There are two levels of treat hiding spaces, and she got all but three of the second level within a few minutes. But that means there is room for more learning. And she didn’t eat the toy!

I bought this puzzle for my 6 month old Yorkie Lucy. I showed Lucy once how to complete the puzzle and she completed the puzzle in less than 30 seconds the first time. The puzzle is bigger, takes a little bit longer to complete, but I think it needs something a little different on it not the same challenge. I say this because Lucy gets bored with the puzzle quickly, but the other puzzles I have for her that have different challenges she adores.

filled the areas with treats and my girl loved smacking at it to get to the treats!

I’m so glad I got this. Very sturdy as I have an Aussie. Different ways to use that keeps it more enjoyable. Has a good weight to it. Made not flimsy.

Although she figured this our super quick, she enjoys it.

Eva caught on very quickly. Probably needed a level higher. New puzzles on the way! Well built and thought out.

My pup has fun getting her food with this item. I bought several other items elsewhere and she wouldn’t have anything to do with them
DoodleDad (verified owner) –
The toy was too simple for my dog. It takes longer to load than for her to clean it out. The doors/switches need to be tighter so she has to work more. The toy is probably best suited for a very young puppy.

My rescue hound loves putting her sniffer to work with this puzzle
Chandler (verified owner) –
My dog completed this puzzle in about 30 seconds the first time. Took it back for something more challenging.

I bought this toy a few days ago for my cat. We just moved back to Canada and she’s been awake all night causing trouble. I was starting to worry she wasn’t getting enough mental stimulation. She used to have puzzle toys before we moved but they were too big to bring with us. She hadn’t played with them in a while anyways. I filled it with her favourite freeze dried chicken while she watched and then I set it down for her. She figured it out pretty quickly. But she’s also good at spacing out her treats so she made it last all night. I now set it before bed and by the time I wake up she’s solved it. It’s helped keep her out of trouble at night
Satuit (verified owner) –
My Puppy Satuit loves this puzzle. He’s learned how to find all the treats in a few minutes.

My dog absolutely loves this puzzle! Really amazing to see her take her time and get every treat out.

Bought this to help keep my dog entertained during my virtual meetings. It has helped. My dog LOVES IT.

I bought this a few weeks ago and have used it a few times. I have a border collie/heeler puppy (around 6 months) and she can finish it in about 6 minutes. I was hoping it would keep her busy for longer though. It’s also not very easy to clean but overall it’s good.
Brooks (verified owner) –
We bought this for our dog (Maltese). We were unsure if he would be able to do it and thought it would take him a while to master it. He mastered it within 5 minutes, so we went and bought a higher difficulty.
Pippa Girl 2022 (verified owner) –
Our Pippa loves this. 13 week Border Collie and the ability to smell and sense where the treat is, is great. She is a huge fan of this and get excited each time we get it out..

Got this for my newly rescued 4-month-old German Shepherd/Cattle Dog mix. She loves it and had it figured out after 2 uses.
Rounder (verified owner) –
Rounder really enjoys these puzzles! He is kind of on a schedule for playing it and gets in his place and is ready to play.

I purchased this got my sons Retriever for Christmas to keep her busy. She loves it.

Bought this for my 10 month old Aspin thinking this would keep him busy for a long while. Yeap, he got it figured out in less than 5 minutes.
Basil42 (verified owner) –
If you’ve got a food-aggressive or mischievous, or just plain curious cat, this is good for them too! The parts slide easily so it’s not a struggle for them to push, and the different levels are great for adjusting to your cats’ ability. One of mine blew through all of the food puzzles meant for cats, so this has been a good next step for him.
DGG89 (verified owner) –
I purchased this for my puppy for added play time. She enjoys this puzzle very much!

We bought this for our 6 yo rat terrier mix. What an awesome product! You can bait it several different ways and it really gets them working to solve the puzzle to get the treats. We started easy and have been doing the more difficult set up and she is loving it!
