My dog is selective/ quite picky with his dry fog food. I tried giving this to him a few different times and he will not touch it, looks away from the bowl, as if he lost his appetite. (I guess he was expecting his usual food).
I looked at the ingredients on this and I’m honestly not surprised that he didn’t like it. In his current food that he likes, (for comparison) the first ingredient is chicken. In this food, the first ingredient is corn, the second is “meat and bone meal”. Then the third ingredient is chicken by- product meal. And that’s the closest thing to meat in this food. I’m highly disappointed with this list of ingredients.

I am really happy with the high protein formula being in a more affordable price range. She devours each bowl so I know she really likes the taste. They are smaller kibbles. So far no issues with gas or poops. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a highly active dog looking for extra protein in their diet.

My dog is selective/ quite picky with his dry fog food. I tried giving this to him a few different times and he will not touch it, looks away from the bowl, as if he lost his appetite. (I guess he was expecting his usual food).
I looked at the ingredients on this and I’m honestly not surprised that he didn’t like it. In his current food that he likes, (for comparison) the first ingredient is chicken. In this food, the first ingredient is corn, the second is “meat and bone meal”. Then the third ingredient is chicken by- product meal. And that’s the closest thing to meat in this food. I’m highly disappointed with this list of ingredients.

Tiffinay is an older dog with a lot of digestive troubles and because of health issues and meds makes it worse i was given some from a friend to try .This prouduct has helped with the digestive problems and not only that her stool is a lot firmer and she is not gassy she is no longer a picky eater and is over all a lot healthier because of it. The rule of thumb is to chose a food that has real meat as the first ingredient. My dog does eat it and his stool has been okay. He doesn’t scarf it down however so he does not love it. I am really happy with the high protein formula being in a more affordable price range. She devours each bowl so I know she really likes the taste. They are smaller kibbles. So far no issues with gas or poops. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a highly active dog looking for extra protein in their diet.
