It works, sort of. The basket part remains collapsed, fortunately Caramel is small, but she doesn’t get to use this stroller as intended. This is going to be my last purchase from petsupplycanada. It’s way overpriced for what we got. Being we use the stroller every day, they do not hold up well and have to be replaced every 3-4 months. Replaced because they break, the push handle snapped off of the last one. I am going to make my next purchase from Temu or some other more cost to product reasonable next time. No more petsupplycanada carriers.

I like this stroller. The quality could be a little better but for the price it gets the job done. Easy to assemble. I will say to remove the cup holder when you need to fold it otherwise you can’t hook it shut. I love that it comes with a detachable seat makes it convenient.

I have mobility issues and bought this because my kitty was diagnosed with diabetes and I am not able to carry her in a carrier to her vet appointments. She is a big cat and is comfortable in the carrier and seems to enjoy the stroller. Much better for both of us. Not a problem loading her in from top. It is sturdy and well made in my opinion. It is helpful to have the additional pockets and storage underneath for water dish, kitty wipes, pet pads to switch out if she has an accident. I need a carrier for my other kitty also. Wish I could buy an additional carrier separately for when I take them both to the Vet. I highly recommend. No problem with zippers. Arrived quickly and packed well. Quick and straight forward assembly. I am 72 years old.

I have purchased four different strollers now as I am a pet sitter and I spoil my clients rotten. The normal stroller I usually purchase wasn’t available so I gave them and purchased this and boy is it one giant piece of junk! The only thing good about it is that it was very easy to put together, other than that I dislike everything else about it. I don’t recommend buying a stroller with only three wheels. The stroller is so incredibly cheap and light that it is so difficult to control and tries to top all over when you touch it with one finger. It is not safe by any means… also, the stroller is very narrow. I couldn’t fit two tiny dogs in the stroller together and in the other stroller I am able to fit three small dogs. This was such a huge waste of money. I don’t know how I’m supposed to return this when I had to mangle the box just to get it out but I will never again try to use this stroller.

Bought this months ago for our Frenchie and he loves it. He knows we’re leaving and jumps right in the basket when we sit it on the ground. I love that it comes with 2 leash straps, just wish it was one on each end of the basket instead of on the same side. I also like how the straps tuck away under the mat. We’ve only used the stroller portion a few times but I love how easy it is to set up.

I loved this stroller.. until the front wheel broke on our walk. It was so disappointing having to tip the stroller onto two wheels with my puppy sliding around the inside of the carrier all the way back to the car. We didn’t even get to use it much, only a few times at the supper market. I’m so disappointed.

Nice looking cart, only for small dogs. Canopy won’t close. Our Frenchie is definitely below 30 lbs and won’t fit. Really sad because I used almost $48 in rewards points and now I’ll lose it. I was saving my points for two years. Shame on pet smart for not offering a gift card for my points so I can exchange for another product. Most definitely need an open stroller in store so people can see and try out before buying it, I really wanted to love this stroller. Super upsetting.

One of the pictures shows straps to clip the leash, but it’s actually not included. Also, one of the side buckles is warped so you can easily pull it, making the basket less secure. I do like that the cover clips instead of zips up. But without the straps to clip the leash, I can’t walk my dog with the cover down.

I haven’t had a chance to use this yet, but it seems sturdy so far. It doesn’t constantly tip backward like other 3-wheel strollers. It was extremely easy to put together, and the wheels can be removed easily. I like that there are no zippers, which should make it a lot easier to close my cat inside if she doesn’t want to get in. I also like that the carrier can be removed from the stroller base and buckled into the car, which should be great when I want to take my cat to the vet or just for a walk at a nearby park. The one thing I don’t like is that my cat will have to jump into the basket from the top. I wish there were a side/front entry option even if it needed a zipper. I think my cat would feel cozier getting in that way. But despite that one drawback, I’m pleased with this stroller and hope we have many adventures together.

This stroller goes beyond my expectations! It is a good size for my chihuahua, allowing him to stretch his legs and lay down. It is very safe, with straps under the basket that connect to the actual frame of the stroller, which is nice. It also has cupholders, a small pocket at the back of the basket, and a storage space under the stroller. I am so glad that I purchased this and my dog absolutely loves it!
