I got this end of December for my bearded dragon. A couple days ago I thought the basking light blew out and had to go but another light which isn’t cheap. Come home in a hurry because my dragon needs the warmth and the new bulb doesn’t work! Turns out it’s the switch that is broken! This wasn’t cheap for it to break so fast and i don’t have money to be buying these things over and over. Disappointed !

So I got this heat lamp about three years ago. It worked fine for about a year and then one side if it stopped working. I had been using tape to keep ihe switch on when suddenly it started working again. Now both sides work great! I really like this lamp. It’s so nice that I can but a day and a night bulb in each side. Also, although it may look cheaply made it really isn’t. All the parts seem sturdy and do their job well. Another good product by Zoo Med!

I bought this for my bearded dragon. I thought it would be good since I could put a day bulb in one side and a night bulb in the other. I was wrong. This lamp makes the lights burn out way faster than they should so you end up spending extra money. Then after about a year, one side stopped working completely. Please don’t waste your money on this product, and buy a different lamp.

After a few months after the purchase of this, one of the fixtures stopped working. I’ve just been using the other one but after 3 years it completed stopped working on both sides.

Our light has a short in it , it’s the second one we bought thinking the first was a fluke. You have to position it a certain way just for the lights to come on

When getting it out of the box, there was already a short in the cord. When it’s on, it is a good light for our little frog.

I purchased this lamp in September, and it is now December and one side is not working at all. I have to pull the cord, and move it around to keep the light lit on the side that still works.
