Awesome stand. Product didn’t come with any instructions, but it is not hard to put together at all. Also with some common sense, you can put the base under the tank to stop the stand from tipping over. Would buy this again if I decide not to use a screen cover anymore.

The stand is good, only bad part is that it does not slide under your tank it’s only for certain tanks I guess.Only reason why I gave it a 4 star

I just love this product. I have three of them now. This last one is being used for our portable pop up so the beardies can go with us on short trips

This worked for my to hang a ceramic heat emitter over out new Zoo Med 40-gallon Naturalistic Double Door Terrarium. That terrarium has plastic frames for the screens, and I didn’t want to risk a heavy lamp sagging the screen or melting the frame. The stand provides plenty of height for me to suspend the fixture just above the screen, and has enough adjustment to reach the middle of the tank, though I am keeping it at 1/3 from the end. You can swing it diagonally, too. There were no directions in or on the box, but it’s easy enough to figure out if you look at the pictures on the box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few days ago and a piece was missing. I like petsupplycanada products but appears people seem to steal or not provide all the necessary products.

Love this stand. It stays up and doesn’t fall like other stands that I’ve gotten. It’s more reliable than the clamp lamps which used to fall off all the time. I love how it it adjustable in multiple places!

I have a 20 gallon aquarium and needed something to hang the heat lamp on so my turtle could bask. This is perfect!

Tips over too easy. Base is too light to be stable. Don’t have my receipt or Id return it. Very dissatisfied for $40!!!! Max height the lamp barely hangs above the screen on a Thrive 36×18 double front opening..

Assembly was easy enough. Used curbside pickup. Great service. Basking the Russian Tortoise made simple.

i bought this for my crested gecko’s tank, despite it not having the greatest reviews. after using it for about a week, i’m confused as to why so many people are having issues with it. while the box does not come with instructions, i had the stand set up in under a minute. it comes with 3 pieces: one piece that has the stand attached to it, another piece that is L shaped and has a hook on it (which is clearly the piece that the lamp hooks onto), and a straight piece that clearly connects both the stand to the hook. the base easily slid underneath the tank and is very secure. the screws to secure the lamp at your preferred height work great and it is extremely easy to adjust the height, as well as swivel the lamp if needed. for the price, i don’t see why anyone would want to pay more for another product when this one gets the job done perfectly.

I bought this stand for my new 40 gallon tank. It’s hasn’t let me down at all. Strong, sturdy and easily adjustable. Adjustment is important, especially if you have a sliding screen on top

Like kperrrr below says, its easy to set up and perfect for one bulb. I too am confused by other reviews. There are no instructions, but legit, It doesn’t take a degree to figure out how to set it up, lol. It works perfectly for my crested geckos night light.

Just received this today fedex delivery. The item clearly wasn’t new. The item box had previously been opened and all the twist ties that were supposed to hold the pieces in place were all undone. Even the base wasn’t even in the box correctly. All the pieces seem to be there but there weren’t any instructions, not that they were necessary but I’ve never purchased something that didn’t needed to be assembled that didn’t have some sort of instructions.

I bought this for my crested gecko to heat her as my place gets colder. But I find it too low for my intended use

I’ve got 3 of them now and just ordered the 4th one. Very happy with the price and quality. Will never get anything else.

Adjustable so the lamps are not directly on the lid. Much easier to open to feed and water. I’m sure not moving the lights so much will make the bulbs last longer

Works well for what it is, but as you extend the height the stability decreases which seems counterintuitive. It also does not withstand the weight of the very dual lamps it claims to be designed for. Setup was straightforward and quick.

I bought this product about 2 weeks ago and it works well. It expands enough and has a nice size base to put under a habitat.

Was getting too hot for my bearded dragon- this was a life saver!

This was perfect to adjust and hold my single heat lamp but when putting on the double, it had the lights turned differently than I liked, but it works for what I needed it to.

Purchased two of these for an enclosure. Takes only two minutes to put together and it’s very simple to adjust to whatever size needed. You can hang your light very easily even if it doesn’t have a separate loop!

Very nice product. Made very well. Very nice for the money. Strong and very adjustable.

It gets the “job” done but, I had to do a bit of MacGyver-ing to make it work. It is a bit flimsy. However, it does keep my little beardie all nice and toasty!

Not sure why it took me so long to figure out how to put it together, but I’m very pleased with it. You can adjust height (up; down) and the distance left or right!

Just bought this stand for my mini duo lamp from zoomed. Was worried it would be too big for a 10 gallon tank but it’s just the right size. Now my leopard gecko can get UVB/UVA safely and the night light won’t heat the tank up too much except for 1 degree at night. The set up for it is very simple and no instructions required.

Our heat lamp was making our beardie’s basking spot a little too hot sitting in the mesh cover. Instead of putting a ton of money out for a slightly lower wattage bulb, we purchased the lamp stand to liftvthe light up a few inches. Worked perfectly and our temps ate spot on. on colder days, we can lower it an inch or two to maintain the proper heat. The stand was easy to put together, is sturdy and fits sturdily, anchoring its base under the terrarium. Bottom line is this lamp stand does exactly what it is supposed to. A nice feature is the cord keeper up the stand and over the arm to hold the cord tightly in place.
