Both my 80 lb Labrador retriever and 12 lb cavalier King Charles spaniel love this wet dog food. I started mixing a tablespoon of this canned food in with their dry dog food everyday and they can’t get enough of it! My Labrador would eat anything that you put in front of her, but my cavalier is a very picky eater so the fact that he loves this means that it is undeniably a great product! I have a 10 year old, 50 lb dog who has a heart condition. One of the side effects of his condition and his medications, is anorexia. Over the past 6 months, he lost 8 lbs and no matter what we tried, he wouldn’t eat the same meal two days in a row. We tried super expensive prescription food, home made meals, fresh food delivery programs, you name it but nothing kept his interest beyond a meal or two. It was agonizing seeing our once healthy strong boy become weaker and thinner. Then we tried blue buffalo chicken stew. He loves it, can’t eat enough of it. Never no by products meals, corn, wheat or soy. The only reason for a 4 star is that you have to slowly introduce Blue to your dog in the recommended feeding guideline.
