We got a gift basket that included Ideal Balance Grain Free dry and canned dog food and dog treats and our dogs loved them! The box was delivered and our 13 year old Chinook tried to chew through the box to get to the goodies inside. When we tried the canned food we were pleased with the consistency, and the dogs really seemed to like the flavor. We tried the treats solo and then offered them with other treats and they selected the Ideal Balance treats first — that seems like a good testimony to me.

I am happy to see Science Diet attempting to improve the quality of its dog food by introducing grain free, but kibble is still kibble. It’s not the best food to feed a dog. Dogs need natural, unprocessed, fresh food.

Most of the dog food came apart and I had a lot of dust crumbs throughout the large bag. I had to sift the food before I could serve it. What a waste. It was a very expensive bag of food ! Later I bought another bag and had the same results.

have two completely breeds , pekinese and shi tzu/chiua mix and have tried lots of different grain free brands and your brand both the salmon and chicken are the only one that they both like. i use grain free in my battle against yeast infections since i live in humid florida and grain free is definately a factor in wellness for my dogs
