Pup has joined the household and we bought one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs. We crate her at bedtime. She was able to get out by undoing the latch. We put a carabiner clip on the doors and she cannot open them by herself now. I find the other dogs go in and nap sometimes during the day.

Bars in the front panel (door side) so the it separated from the the top and fell down. The crate will no longer line up so that the door will close and is now being held by together with rope. I just bought this for my German shorthair pointer puppy as I am not sure how big he is going to get, but I rather him have extra room than not enough. It feels a little flimsy vs other crates I’ve seen but he is already crate trained with a smaller one and does not try to attack the bars or anything like that but I do see what other reviews are talking about in regards to their dogs breaking it. Mine did come with a small crack in the middle of the crate but I am too lazy to return and exchange so I covered it up with the bed for now and some duck tape. Little guy loves his new space

I already own one cage in 30 size. Have a cat that recently went thru surgery, so need to keep him calm. I purchased another cage, 30, and zip tied together end-end. It’s working great as he’s got space to sleep, litter box away from sleep area. He can walk a lil in it. You end up with 60 inch length. I see dog owners of large breeds said it didn’t hold up, which I kind of see as it’s not the strongest for powerful dogs but smaller, calm breeds I think are fine in this. Great and must have for cats. The double doors are great too. Easy to get in for cleanup. The pan slides out if using for cleanup for a feral, having spay, neuter surgery. I think I’ll get a lot of use from these cages as family has few cats.

This crate was extremely wobbly when we put it together, the plastic clips connecting the crate together are so loose it causes the crate to be unstable, the front door of the crate when all latches properly is extremely flimsy , these are hardly what I would consider safe to put any animal in.

Bought in store heavily discounted. The 2 door large model I bought was well designed with only 2 high quality locks on each door. The pad is intact and good for my dogs. My dogs are fairly well behaved so can’t comment about quality beyond what I mentioned. The separator is good for my well behaved dogs, but I would suspect it would lack functionality for two aggressive dogs. My only dislike about the crate is that on the side door bottom panel it has a locking latch intended to hold the crate together when it is in a folded state. I guess the thinking was that the other side would be up against a wall, but the latch hangs out a bit more than I would prefer. (Both dogs are in for photo purposes. My large dog is trained and does not actually use a crate.)

Other than that, pretty good and perfect size. My cats love it lol. If you have a super anxious dog I’d find one more sturdy or take the bottom tray out and put a pet bed inside. The tray on the bottom is decent, it has a high lip. I like that there are two entrances, this allows me to place the crate in a greater variety of places in our home. I guess I have the divider panel in the right place, as our pup hasn’t had any accidents inside, since putting it into this position, she sleeps through the night in it.

When we adopted our little fur ball they said she was a Great Pyrenees… turns out they were only half right tho! The other half is Anatolian Sheppard so she outgrew the Pyrenees sized crate at just 8 months old. This one is absolutely perfect! She has room to stretch out with getting her feet caught between the bars and it is literally like Fort Knox! There are 3 latches on each door! I would not suggest a crate this size to crate train however! Pups do need to be cramped a tiny bit to not want to potty in their crate! We had a smaller Midwest crate until she was trained. No issues now at all! I would recommend this crate to absolutely everyone who has crate trained large dogs! It was easy to assemble, my teen did it in under 10 min without the instructions!

This is the perfect size for our German shepherd/lab mix. She is a little on the larger side for the mix of breeds she is. I was worried the crate would not be tall enough for her. Her ears are huge and stick straight up. This was perfect maybe even a bit large. She is so comfortable and can easily stand to turn around and change positions without her ears sticking up through the top of the crate. Thank you!

I brought this home from petsupplycanada 8 days ago, set it up 7 days ago, and the pee tray cracked yesterday while I was using spraying it off with my detachable shower head. It could possibly still be used, but I don’t think it would contain any fluids if they were near the portion of the raised side that broke. I’ll be returning it for a refund and getting a significantly larger enclosure. The crate was incredibly easy to set up, and having two doors is really convenient. I use the one on the short side to refill/remove/replace my dog’s food bowls and the longer sided door for him to enter/exit the crate. I wish the pee tray hadn’t been so flimsy 🙁

Purchased this to use as a recovery room for our kitten when she came home from her spay surgery. This works PERFECTLY! It is big enough for a litterbox, food, water and a bed. It also kept her from jumping on and off the bed or chasing her sister around the room while we were both gone to work etc. Once her stitches come out Monday, we will leave it set up and ready because her sister kitten (younger, but still a “sister”) still needs to get spayed and meanwhile its a quick easy way to separate them if they are being too dramatic. Its an excellent place to recover a cat from surgery. I also plan to adopt a dog so after recovering to spayed kittens, I can use it as a travel crate in the car to keep my dog safe. The two doors make cleaning SO MUCH EASIER! Fantastic purchase!

I bought the XL size for a hyperactive, hard-headed, high-energy, 10 month old Red Heeler boy. I did my research and read alot of reviews before settling on this one. I and my pup mostly love it. It’s Huge! Sturdier than most other kennels, double doors are really handy, good together and packs down easily. Now, the downsides. The 1st time I left my pup in it, he Demolished the CHEAP thin plastic tray. Not just cracked it, or broke off a corner, 1/2 the tray looks like it shattered like glass with Sharp Edges and Sharp Points. I’m Extremely Unhappy at how CHEAP, THIN, and BRITTLE the tray is/was… I have other older wire kennels that their trays are 2 or 3 Times thicker and Wayyy more durable. Shame on the Company for going cheap, putting my pup at risk, wasting my time and Hard Earned Money. The other improvement needed is more clips on the front door to make it sturdier. You can literally push the top 2 corners in. My advice, take a couple Zip Ties and put them on each Top Corner of the front door panel where it meets the top. If it wasn’t for these 2 drawbacks, I would absolutely Love this product. Let’s see how their customer service is now though.

I had just gotten a new 9 week old Poochon, doing a session of kennel training in this, luckily I worn from home. I heard my dog screaming and knew that there was something very wrong. I came out to my living room and her bottom jaw was wedged in the metal bars that tack the cage door on,(those run parallel) she was stuck and I’m not sure what could have happened to her mouth if I wasn’t there. Poor thing was standing in her hind legs and couldn’t do anything it looked so painful. This cage is dangerous. It says it’s meant for 10 pounds and under dog, it’s just deadly is what it is. Go spend a couple pre dollars on something that is more safe for animals. It also has little hooks I noticed that can latch on to your dogs collar. It does have a warning sign attached to the cage itself that says don’t put in with collar but man. Just don’t get this for every safety reason.

I bought this for my 35# heeler for every day use. While the deep tray is nice, the quality of the connections for the front and back panels is very poor. I had to zip tie the front panel to the top and sides so he couldn’t open it while he was in the kennel.

Found 2 stray puppies. They are REAL young littermates that can’t be away from each other or they stress. Bought 2 of the 47″ ones and with a little imagination from my wife she made them a 2 bed, 2 bath condo with a kitchenette. I wouldn’t recommend putting 2 dogs in a kennel together but these puppies are still a little traumatized so for the time being they find comfort with each other.

Girlfriend and I have been getting in to pet play recently, and we couldn’t be happier with our Top Paw Double Door Folding Wire Dog Crate! Whenever she starts acting up, I just put her in her crate for an hour or so. Would recommend buying safe for human consumption doggy treats, and perhaps another type of cage (if you know, you know) for your puppy to maximize the use of this crate.
