Caution: Intended for dogs only. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use with choke-type or adjustable collars. Do not use as a tie-out cable for walking your dog. Never use any tie-out cable near or around obstacles in which your dog can become entangled. Remove the cable, stake, or trolley when not in use. Keep hands/extremities clear of the tie-out cable in case your dog lunges. Not all dogs can be tied out effectively. Pet parent supervision and judgment is required. Never leave your dog unattended while on a tie-out cable, stake, or trolley. Check the tension of your tie-out system regularly. Immediately discard the table, stake, or trolley if damaged.

Small (for dogs up to 25 lbs): 15 ft (4.5 m)
Medium (for dogs up to 50 lbs): 20 ft (6 m)
Large (for dogs up to 100 lbs): 40 ft (12.1 m)
Select a site that is level and free of all obstructions. Attach one clasp to the containment device and the other clasp to your pet’s collar or harness. This cable works best with a Top Paw Trolley, Dome Stake, or Spiral Stake. For added weather resistance, spray a water-displacing, penetrating lubricant oil on the spring area of both snap hooks every 60 days.

I bought this in January for our new puppy. The first break was in May. It broke close to tether. We fixed that and a month later it broke in the center. Not a good choice for out door tie. Surely it should have lasted at least a year.

I got him this tie because he gets easily distracted when we play outside with small wild animals and other people’s dogs that aren’t on a leash. He has a microchip, but I don’t want him running out to greet a stray dog. When he takes off he is like a racehorse.
So far this bond is strong enough for her. She needs to be able to run so that I have enough space to throw the ball and for her to go fetch and retrieve it. The spring on the clasp closest to the anchor seems to take some of the shock off when she goes for a run further away. I love it.

It’s twenty foot length gives him a lot of distance to run and play in my yard. These won’t rust cause the material is weather resistant. It’s easy to use and set up was a breeze. My dog seems to like it really well. I keeps him safe from getting near the road, so I can feel confident and comfortable knowing he’s safe from harm. It’s got a swivel hook that helps him not to get tangled up. I measured out the distance of the tie out and secured it into the ground giving my pet nice run around room in my backyard.

It is water proof, but I see some rust spots starting after leaving it out every day. I’m not sure how durable this would be with a larger dog, but it works good for my small dog.

We have a jack Russell that breaks just about every chain, but I don’t think he’ll break this one. Now this is actually made for a medium size dog and I have a large dog, but he’s very chill and nonaggressive so we don’t have any problems using the smaller chain. The fact that it’s reflective matter day or night you can see and when you try to light on it, you can definitely spot it and not trip over the chain. It’s 20 foot so it’s the perfect length when you’re tying it up to a picnic table and your dogs on the other end. it has a coating so that it won’t rust. I’m just glad I got this to keep my dog safe when he wants to be outside of the camper when we’re inside.

It’s real easy for a dog to get tangles up with a tie down. Installation is easy, screw the stake in the ground and hook, or hook to something else. These don’t last at all. I got FOUR cables in under a year. I have a 70-75 lb Dobermann female (weight fluctuates). The first two cables I bought were rated for 100 lb dogs. The next two I got were rated for 200 lb dogs. She snapped all of them! The quality of this company’s products is atrocious and they should be taken off the shelves everywhere.

We bought this to take our 24 lb puppy camping. She was very new to the idea of a tie out. After her third walk around with the tie at full length the pin fell out holding the clip in place and she was free to take off. Luckily she didn’t realize she was lose so we were able to get her leash on her. That shouldn’t have happened. Thus us meant to hold up to 50 lbs. She’s half that. We were camping in the woods. She could have easily been gone and lost forever. Very upset with the lack of quality of this tie out.

I bought this a month ago. On day 7. I noticed a
Crack in the plastic. I purposely paid big bucks so it wouldn’t twist. I thought it would be more thick. But It has this crack or crimp in the plastic coating. . Obviously a factory defect. And I see that it
Will bend and twist and crack more with age.
You can see it’s brand new but with that crack. I put it in a bag to return it and haven’t been able to find it (in the process of moving ) or I would have returned it the same day.
My sister got one for her dog but it’s almost rope like and more pliable. Oh well.

My Lulu is a beast and breaks every chain we’ve ever purchased. She jumps every fence in seconds, and she doesn’t understand that cars are dangerous as she plays ring a round the rosey with them….so having a durable tie out is really important to us. Her tie out is wrapped on the inside of the screen door on the iron so it rubs on the door and shreds the vinyl casing, which then starts shredding the wire. This one is really strong because after about a month, the casing is still in tact. Very strong, she pulls, and nothing has loosened or snapped. The hooks hold up very well, and there are no issues with her unhooking. There are different sizes, so pay attention to how big your dog is. Length is good. She has a lot of room to move around. It’s definitely worth the price as others I’ve had to replace every 4-6 weeks.

Super durable and still gave her lots of space to wonder the boat with us while still keeping her safe. With all the heat and water we didn’t notice a single problem with it. Would highly recommended for trips !
