I love this bag so much, just the perfect size for my adorable cat (Midnight). I definitely recommend it for small cats or dogs.
thor2 (verified owner) –
Have to return the carrier. Cat fit it exactly. It was too uncomfortable for him.
zucchini (verified owner) –
This made transporting our cat so much easier with the top access.
TobyTheCat (verified owner) –
My cat is too fast for this one and can poke his head out because the zipper does not completely close. We used it to travel on a plane. He kept poking his head out and trying to get out. Would not recommend.
DJC23 (verified owner) –
I bought this for a 15 pound dog because it said for 22 lbs and she barely squeezed it. We didn’t use it for our trip because she was so tight.
Kooky 2023 (verified owner) –
Bought in CA b4 return flight on Delta per their specs.

Very nice bag; glad I bought it; good size; comfortable for pet

Kitten escaped out the top flap. Not safe, very poor design.
Kate456 (verified owner) –
I bought this carrier for a flight, and I did not realize that it is not fully enclosed. The top flap doesn’t zip all the way around, and it is incredibly easy for a cat to escape. I found this out on the way to the airport and had to miss my flight.

I bought this two weeks ago for my two month old kittens. They have ridden in it twice and both times they have tried to get out through a section that isn’t completely sealed- enough space to get a kitten’s head and shoulders through. The first time one was choking himself in this opening. It is on the top and there is a Velcro strap but no zipper or anything too hold it completely closed. This would probably not be an issue for full grown cat and I will use it with them when they get bigger.
MeowMama8 (verified owner) –
I bought this to take my kitten to the vet. He loves it so much he takes naps in it all the time!! A handy and inexpensive addition to the Cat Room.
JRD10 (verified owner) –
My cats are very hesitant to get into cat carriers. However, they are all scrambling to claim this one as their own, oftentimes even sleeping in it!
Chrissy1279 (verified owner) –
My kitten can stick her head right through where the velcro is on the top. I was hoping for a little better fir the cost I paid for it.
KS28 (verified owner) –
These carriers leave a large gap at the top where a cat can get their heads through. I would have returned them if I could.
Cecil1 (verified owner) –
It’s a cat carrier. Get over yourself!I use it to travel with my cat. Much better than a paper bag.
Rescue Cats (verified owner) –
Bought whole store inventory & donated to local charity for their cat adoptions.
jes0325 (verified owner) –
this carrier must be magical because my newly adopted kitten was perfect content in this carrier on a 30 minute drive! only downfall is it’s black and it will trap in heat if in the sun.
Melissa04 (verified owner) –
Bought it to bring our kitty home we adopted! Very good item
Complainer1234 (verified owner) –
I bought this carrier and my dog did not fit in it! The handles broke when i picked it up and my dog is a Teddy Bear dog so that means she is very small!
Munnie (verified owner) –
I hate to be the “If I could give it zero stars, I would.”, type of person but this product deserves just that. A hefty zero stars! I bought this cat carrier today with the hopes of using it to take my cat to and from the vet. Well, it just so happened I had to schedule an emergency appointment for her the very same day and discovered that part of the zipper at the top had separated, leaving a sizeable 3 inch gap. While I can understand that things happen during manufacturing, this could have been a major issue, should my cat gotten out. If you decide to purchase this item, PLEASE double and triple check the product for any safety issues.
MochaMocha123 (verified owner) –
Bought it for my cat (6 lbs.) and it’s perfect. It’s very spacious cause she’s pretty small, but I like that there’s 2 main compartments to open fully, and a half side opening to peek at her. Side pockets hold vet papers, and treats
MomCul (verified owner) –
Cat climbs into it even when she doesn’t need to and plays
Hil26 (verified owner) –
I bought one first and was able to fit both our kittens in it. Then bought a second one when I took them to get spayed as we needed more room for them with the cones. I love the different options to open- top and ends. The cats like it too- they just jump into it on their own.
ARSH (verified owner) –
I do not have a dog or cat. I have a Guinea Pig, & this is the perfect carrier for her too!!It gives her space & is comfortable on the bottom to! Excellent for ANY small pet!!
Melmj (verified owner) –
I bought this for my 15lb dog but the carrier was way too small. I’m taking it back today to get a refund.
Product did say that carrier is big enough for a 20 lb. animal but it’s not.
I would only recommend this carrier for a ten pound animal.
Glitternut (verified owner) –
I bought this recently as I teavel and need to transport my kitty ti the ver for claw trums
New Kitten Dad (verified owner) –
We purchased this from the CAT aisle in a petsupplycanada store. Upon first use, we found out this is a DOG carrier, as it has an open spot for a dog to poke its head out. Our escape artist kitten figured this out right away and it make for a dangerous drive to a first vet visit.
Blackjack Mom (verified owner) –
I was adopting a cat from the shelter and needed a pet carrier for a 14 pound adult cat named Blackjack. He fit perfectly and the shoulder strap was perfect!
DML_MEL (verified owner) –
Its a soft carrier so very easy to carry a small pet. I would not recommend for a “heavier” animal. We bought this for a kitten and it was perfect!!
BeegieQ (verified owner) –
We needed a small carrier for our older cat. This one worked great! It is just the right size and weight to carry a smaller animal to the vet.
Nachin81 (verified owner) –
I bought this product about two weeks ago for my cat and boy did she love it, when I set it up and opened it for her she right of way went inside of and laid down and rolling around on her back loving it. So great Carrier.
Ashsharice (verified owner) –
I adopted two kittens and had to get this carrier to take my new additions home. The carrier is ok besides the top part, they can fit their heads out of it(it’s a zipper that zips close to the end then the belcro secures it)
Boyle (verified owner) –
Served his purpose kept our little kitty safe till we got home
Breezy n Stormy (verified owner) –
Stormy would develop “8”legs whenever I went to put him in hardtop carrier. This one he climbed in it as I was assembling .At Ver app’t they were able to examine as he stayed in the carrier . Wish I had bought one13yrs ago.!

Recommend for small kittens, not a full size cat.bottom is not very strong.
Ycats (verified owner) –
We bought one 2 years ago and had to buy another one for new kitty. We are excited it was in stock because it is well made and very easy to place our cat and kitten in it.
samolivia1 (verified owner) –
I am happy with my purchase in transporting my pet.
kittenmama (verified owner) –
We bought this for our 2 cats who are less than 10 pounds each. We only used it twice to transport to and from the vet before the poles that are sewn into the top portion to keep the bag sturdy started poking out. This created strings inside the bag which my cats pulled and played with, further ripping the bag. The poles are no longer able to be sewn back in but if we remove them completely the bag collapses in on itself which makes it useless. I guess we will be buying a hard-sided carrier.
cporter (verified owner) –
We originally brought our cat to the vet in a hard carrier after we adopted him. It was a struggle. When we took him to get his claws trimmed with this carrier, it was much easier to get him inside and he was less stressed. He is still not a fan, but it was much better.
mh12 (verified owner) –
Bought this after trying two other carriers. It was so easy to get the cat in trough the open top. It was nice to have a shoulder strap to carry a heavy cat.
WC12 (verified owner) –
This worked well to transport my cat.
The price was reasonable as well. So far, I am well pleased.
DanOfPa (verified owner) –
Our cat managed to separate the zipper teeth while at the vets office and escape and hide while we were in the waiting room. Returned and will be purchasing a hard shell instead.
Rmcalcarz (verified owner) –
Needed it to take kitty to get neutered Worked fine
Lillsie (verified owner) –
I bought this carrier to bring home a new kitten from the local rescue. Perfect for her to see out and yet keep her safe from other animals.
brat (verified owner) –
we bought this product for our Bearded Dragons transportation comfy and safe
Taco Cat Family (verified owner) –
good size, and collapsible which is great for us as we don’t have a lot of storage in our house. would recommend for anyone that doesn’t want a solid carrier. also, it’s stable so no concern with it buckling with the cat inside.
Gene53 (verified owner) –
Well made and the perfect size for our kitten , the padding on the inside is very soft and comfortable for our kitten to lay on.
Jimmycat (verified owner) –
I bought this for my cat when we were evacuated from our home due to a Forest fire. My cat wasn’t in it for more than five minutes before he ripped open the seams on the front and escaped.
M1492 (verified owner) –
Love that there are multiple entrances; bid improvement over the old hard-sided carriers
Fats s mom (verified owner) –
Made my trip to the vet super easy. One of my cats likes to sleep inside the carrier.
sonygirl (verified owner) –
This fit our boy great. He’s 14.5 lbs and had room to turn around. It’s very sturdy. He out grew the hard cat carrier and this worked out perfect.
Krystal84 (verified owner) –
We adopted a kitty & forgot to bring our own carrier & were told we had to purchase a secure one & that Pet Smart’s cardboard ones were unacceptable. So, we purchased this one after pricing & quality checking all they had that would fit our kitty. The handle part was coming apart at the velcro. We just needed to get our kitty home, so we purchased it (one of the larger ones they had). When I got home & went to get our kitty out (using the shoulder strap as I was carrying other items as well) the strap completely broke! I was able to catch our kitty, but he was terrified. A plastic connector piece completely broke off after our 1st time using it.

I love this carrier ( and my cats love it even more). I took my one cat to the vet in it and he actually enjoyed being in it unlike the hard carrier I had, plus it’s not as hard to carry as the other one. My other cats will just go and sit in it when it’s one the floor.
ChrissyChris (verified owner) –
Love this carrier! Easily stored when not using. Can put your kitty in from top or side.
Dee11 (verified owner) –
Looks like it will work great for our smaller cat. However, it seems a bit small for our 17lb cat.
Ruth56 (verified owner) –
It was easy to use and made the cat feel safer because she could see me
Pharmmom (verified owner) –
This carrier was just the thing for our cat that was afraid of other carriers. She now takes her naps in it, go figure.
Amber kitty (verified owner) –
Luckily my cat Amber is a small kitty and she fit perfectly. However our other cat Milo may be too big.
LisaB75 (verified owner) –
My cats like this carrier, it seems spacious enough for traveling. I also think the soft sides can be measured shorter for airline travel. There is also plenty of ventilation which is important. I added the extra padding just for their extra comfort. They love it so much that they hang out in them.
Lunatic the cat (verified owner) –
I recently purchased this cat carrier for our trip, after realizing i had misplaced the old one i had. The old one was the classic hard plastic kind. Now i can tell you, that i like this mesh one better. I like that i can swing the strap over my shoulder and carry my cat around more easily in and out of hotels, up and down stairs or elevators. Theres a zip opening on the top for easy drop in when she’s fussy. And zip open sides for easy exit. Sometimes i catch her sitting in it, she seems to like it! Because it’s cloth, it can be pressed down for easy storage. I highly recommend!

I have an older cat who seems to get worked up when in a hard carrier. Used this in transporting her to a vet appt. and seemed less stressful for her.
Cardnial (verified owner) –
Purchased for a bed. I think he would like to win a cave. My cat went in and I didn’t close the top buckle. He got out. Now he is just thinking about being in it. I am keeping it out as a bed to see if he will use it. If not it’s a great carrier.
Ek 75 (verified owner) –
Very good one problem is that the zipper don’t go alway around I had to hold it closed because my cat would get out
Marleylulu (verified owner) –
The top front of the carrier has a Velcro strap, but does not completely zipper closed. Cat was able to get its head out before I noticed it trying to escape. Wish I had noticed this poor design before I purchased.
mypigs2 (verified owner) –
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my two guinea pigs and they both fit with plenty of room.
Danella (verified owner) –
My kitten outgrew his small carrier and this was the perfect carrier for him. He loves it..
Cheryl G (verified owner) –
This is the first soft sided carrier I have bought & the first carrier that I’ve bought in decades. It is remarkably sturdy & easy to handle, & I was especially pleased that it is designed to accommodate larger, heavier cats, since several of my 5 cats weigh in at 10 lbs or more.
Melville (verified owner) –
This carrier as other reviewers have stated does not zip all the way around leaving at least a 6 inch gap which clearly any cat can get out of. It does have a band that goes through the center of the gap however it is still open about 2″ on either side of the band. NOT SAFE AT ALL.
Kitty Pearl (verified owner) –
Best priced carrier with room for cat to grow and still fit
KitKat1984 (verified owner) –
We all love this carrier! Lots of panels to see out of of and a super cozy bottom insert. Having something collapsible is wonderful for storage too!
Kat88 (verified owner) –
Nice color, lots of room, but zipper gets stuck alot
Dev789 (verified owner) –
I was so excited when I went to purchase this to pick up my new kittens. Unfortunately the quality of this item was not the best. The supporting rods tore through the fabric, exposing the rod to the kittens. I also noticed that the flooring sloped dramatically for 2 tiny kittens when actually carrying them. For reference, I only used this item ONCE and it was in this kind of condition. I love the concept but the materials and quality could use some work.

Happy to not put my cat in a plastic carry box love this one
Devildoc8404 (verified owner) –
I bought this about 3 weeks ago and it was perfect.
Tammy1980 (verified owner) –
I bought this because it was lighter then the standard plastic carrier it’s well made I’m happy with it!
