unfortunaley the round balls(which is normal) were so hard that I could not crush them.
Each ball should be soft, with a light squeeze, come apart.
I was, however, able to return my prucase to Pet Smart, and recieved a credit.

Our CAG loves the Nutri-berries. She is a fan and likes to hold them and nibble at them. The problem is that she prefers them and is not eating her fresh fruit and vegetables as often as before she had the choice of Nutri-berries. I know LaFeber’s says it’s as good as a pellet, but it does look like mostly seeds – so I’m concerned about her overall diet needs being met.
