But dentals keep it at bag but never truly made her breath smell good. These whimzees definitely are on a different level. I can’t smell her breath at all anymore. It Just smells like breath. Nor nasty weird smells at all. And her gums even seem more healthy now. Shapes are cute and it takes her a while to chew. Which I like.

These treats were on the list from my vet for my senior dog to help keep his teeth clean in between dentals. $50 for 24 treats, basically $2 a treat. My dog does not discriminate when it comes to treats. Big, small , Chewy, crunchy…doesn’t matter. They don’t have a smell which means no flavor. My dog sniffed them and walked away. Plus, I’ve always been told if you can’t put a dent in the treat with yoir fingernail or comfortably tap it on your knee the treat is too hard for your dog and they should not have it. These treats/chews are as hard as a rock! Do not recommend!

This specific product comes in a cardboard box and when I opened the box the treats were so dried out my dog’s gums started bleeding after about 2 minutes of chewing on the treat. My dogs get one to two of these treats a week, I bought the large box thinking they would last us two months but the last six treats have gone moldy. There’s no expiry after opening, just a note to store in a cool, dry place. They’re in the cupboard with the rest of the pet treats and now I have to clean the whole thing and make sure nothing else has picked up mold. Waste of money. Buy the smaller bags or get a different treat.
